O time de liderança é o bode na sala

ola, rede, td bem? estou relendo um livro (e quando a gente relê é pq é muito bom) e pensado muito nos times que tenho apoiado de diversos setores, geografias e tamanhos. O parágrafo abaixo é uma paulada. Um alerta sério aos hashtag#CEO sobre sua principal responsabilidade: formar um time, que trabalha como time, cada um na sua função mas pronto a ajudar e ser ajudado, cumprindo os rituais combinados, compartilhando informações, cultivando a divergência na discussão e praticando a lealdade na decisão.

If you could change the way one team interacts, to make the most impact on the company, which would you choose? The Agile team? The R&D team? The sales team? The Executive Team has the power to maximize or destroy the work of any other team in the company, including itself. But top executives don’t consider themselves a team, because usually they don’t function as one. Executive teams tend to be the worst team in the company, exactly where you need the best one.
