𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬?
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲, 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. We need to sincerely listen to the concerns of those who resist change. They have valid reasons, and if we do not genuinely understand them, we will not be able to engage them in the change process. If it is senior leaders who are resisting, it is even more important to listen to them attentively. This is where humility comes into play; we must recognize opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments in the change process based on the insights gained from listening to the leaders.

People must understand that the platform is on fire and we need to take action. The change is inevitable, and there is no turning back. This must be clear to everyone, or resistance will only increase. Change will bring benefits. We need to demonstrate to people that engaging with change is better than resisting it, and that it is worthwhile to explore the benefits.
Finally, with all this made clear, the listened concerns addressed, adjustments executed, and benefits explored, the final step is to 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐞.
